Forget the hustle and bustle of Auckland City. Blue skies, clear waters, golden sands and sunshine is what we’re about!
Short distances and scenic routes make New Zealand the perfect destination for self-drive travel and there is no better place to start than in our beautiful Bay of Islands. Only 3 hours north of Auckland golden sand and azure waters await!
The Bay of Islands is a subtropical micro-region of New Zealand well known for its stunning beauty and historic significance. For those that love beaches and water activities, it’s paradise. The 144 islands that make up the Bay of Islands make for an idyllic aquatic playground. With wildlife including penguins, dolphins, marlin, whales, gannets, and more.
The Bay of Islands is known as the birthplace of New Zealand. Visiting the historic town of Russell and the award-winning Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Museum of Waitangi are unquestionably one of New Zealand’s premier attractions.
Visit the Hole in the Rock, the world-class bike trails, the gigantic Te Paki sand dunes and Cape Reinga at the top of the country, and Tane Mahuta in the west. The Far North is an absolute must-do for visitors and locals alike.
There is such a huge range of things to see and do in the Bay of Islands. From indulgent, to the relaxed, to the more adrenaline-pumping activities (like skydiving!), there’s something for everyone.
The Bay of Islands is an easy 3-hour drive north of Auckland via the east coast highway. Flights, tours, and buses are also available from Auckland. Find us at Bay of Islands Airport, 182 Wiroa Road, Kerikeri.
As one of New Zealand’s most popular destinations, the unbelievable natural beauty is sure to take your breath away. Especially from the air! Cruise up to 20,000ft and soak up the scenery of the beautiful Bay of Islands before experiencing the thrill of your life with the crew at Skydive Bay of Islands.

Professional, fun, relatable - Bay Of islands skydive is very professional, great welcome, great introduction to the jump and great gears and premises, everything run smoothly professionally and fast.
Prashant Kapoor was my instructor... read more and he was awesome, made me wanna do it on my own, after proper training of course.
With around 7000 jump he made me feel comfortable, safe, and the whole experience was a delight until you jump off the plane of course when you realise you love life.
Even the deployement was smooth, I'm 6 feet and 100Kg and all was awesome.
